Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you may do so by contacting us at sales@kashmirgift.com or 9596434163. We will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed, and the customer will be subject to our return policy (see below).
We offer refunds for defective garments only. Please note the following:
Defective Garments: If you receive a defective garment, you may request a refund or exchange within 1 day of receiving your order. To initiate a return, you must contact us with photographic evidence of the defect. Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or offer an exchange based on your preference.
Non-Refundable Products: All other products, excluding garments, are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, accessories, home décor items, and other non-apparel products. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
Exchanges for Defective Items: If you receive a defective garment and would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we can accommodate that request. You will receive the replacement item once the defective item has been returned and inspected.
Exchanges for Non-Defective Items: We do not offer exchanges for non-defective items. Please review your order carefully before making a purchase.
